We spent a fortnight here with our three children, and all of us were thrilled with the holiday. The garden was full of wildlife: monkeys, flying foxes, peacocks, monitor lizards and all kinds of birds. At night we saw large crabs and land hermit crabs. The service was impeccable, with coffee and coconut drinks brought to us wherever we sat around the property. Everyone was friendly, and the meals were prepared mild enough for the children, which I know from other places isn’t always a given. The sea was quite wild, though we could drift in the water between the rocks. Someone was always available to drive us to the next beach. We went on some great safaris, including one at night, when we saw a black elephant silhouette against the starry sky. On our last evening, we had dinner beside a lake under the stars.

The rooms were okay, though the bed linens weren’t cleaned well and the premises could be better maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great for getting to the rocky beach, where even a child can find safe spots to play in the seawater.

Sarada Beach Resort has lovely gardens and a beautiful spot right by the beach, which made the atmosphere feel calm and relaxing. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service. I had an incredible experience!

We only stayed one night, but really enjoyed the food and its excellent taste. The hospitality was as good as expected, and there’s room for privacy. They also arranged a Yala safari jeep at a decent price, with pickup and drop-off to and from the hotel. Our guide knew his stuff and made sure we saw as much wildlife as possible. It was great value for a relaxing stay, and I’d recommend the place. Thanks!

The beach right outside is picturesque and lovely for walks at sunrise or sunset, and the location is fabulous. Mr. Sudu, the owner, was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Our family room with a balcony was spacious and comfortable, with a mini fridge, kettle, dressing table and sitting area. The A/C worked okay. Good value for the price, and we strongly recommend Sarada Hotel for a relaxing stay.
