The staff were welcoming and very supportive, and the BBQ setup is a nice option for groups wanting a fun night together. We had a pleasant stay overall, though the general cleaning could have been better, perhaps because we came in the off-season. The pool water also seemed to have too much cleaning chemical in it. The kitchen doesn't operate during the off-season. With more attention to cleaning and pool maintenance, this could be a great place to relax.

The room smelled awful, and the whole hotel was untidy and dirty. Dust and dirt marks covered the sheets, and the two towels provided were filthy and smelled bad. We were glad we'd brought our own towels. There were gecko droppings everywhere, and the room didn't have a water bottle, glass, or kettle. I strongly advise against staying here. I'm sure there are much better hotels in the area.

The rooms were clean and well worth the price, and it's convenient for going on a Madu river safari. The staff were friendly too.

There are two swimming pools, and you can park your vehicle safely inside the villa. It's very close to the beach, with clean rooms and reasonable rates that feel worth the money. Meals are available three times a day, though the food costs a lot more than it does outside. A nice place for a holiday with family or friends.

The staff were friendly, the pool was decent, and the beaches were about a five-minute walk away. We stayed as two families in first-floor rooms, but there are no lifts. There was no drinking water provided, which was shocking for a place listed as three stars. Dinner options close at 9 pm.
