The rooms and interiors need maintenance, and some of the air conditioners are so old they can’t keep up with Trincomalee’s heat. The location is really good, though, and the chef and other staff were helpful, professional, and great to deal with.

The staff provided great service, and the rooms were clean. The food and other services were good too. It’s close to irrakkandi Beach, and the sea stays shallow for a long way, so you can walk quite a distance out. A nice spot to spend some leisure time by the beach.

We had a nice lagoon ride, and the beach was safe for the kids to play on. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and Superb Beach is only about 50 metres away. Nice location.

The staff were supportive, the nearby beach was lovely, and they prepared a good meal. Still, we booked the whole villa for two days and left before the second day because the condition was so disappointing. The rooms and bed linens were dirty, and there were no towel racks. The rooms had no windows, fans, or ventilation, so you couldn’t stay without air conditioning. The AC units didn’t work well enough for the room size, and one room’s unit wasn’t working at all during our stay. Bathrooms were unclean and had no ventilation or exhaust fans. There wasn’t even a bar of soap. The dining area and sink weren’t clean enough to enjoy a meal, and no room was provided for the driver. It wasn’t worth the price. The villa needs to be refurbished to make it a pleasant place.
