The rooms smelled bad, and the sheets looked like they hadn't been washed. The bathrooms were filthy and seemed completely neglected. Cleanliness and basic hygiene were nowhere to be found. Staff were unresponsive and careless, and the service was awful. The whole place felt uncomfortable and unhygienic. It’s absolutely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

For a budget stay, this hotel is good value. The rooms were neat and clean, and the management was professional and willing to help. Having assistance available around the clock made my stay comfortable. Worth the price.

It’s a cosy, tidy hotel with quiet rooms right in the city. The service feels very customer-focused. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a spacious semi-deluxe room that was spotless, with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was served on a lovely patio right beside the room. The property sits in a quiet side street in central Mannar, surrounded by a beautiful, lush garden. The family were welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommended.
