The food was okay, but the portions were for one person, and the service was awful. We had to ask before anyone brought glasses, and to order anything we had to keep walking over to the kitchen. People were shouting in there, and the pool wasn't clean. If you want a quiet evening, I wouldn't choose this place. They need more staff. I've stayed at similar places, including cheaper ones, where the service was excellent. I wasn't expecting five-star treatment, just basic decency. Even the night kade has better service.

We found Saara Beach Hotel a calm spot with lovely sea views, and its beachfront setting made it easy to enjoy the breeze and sunsets. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and felt like good value. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Some facilities could use improvement, but we still had an enjoyable stay and would consider it for a relaxing getaway.

The service was very poor, and it felt like they only cared about foreign guests. There are other nearby hotels with much better customer service and a good beach.

Everything felt dirty and awful. I came with my family, and this was the worst place we've stayed. I wouldn't book it or recommend anyone go there. No stars from me. 🤮

The place was very clean, and the food was really good. The staff and manager made us feel welcome and were so friendly. I especially liked cooling off in the pool after breakfast while looking out at the sea. I enjoyed my stay and would come back. Thanks again!
