The host made our stay feel like home, welcoming us warmly and looking after us the whole time. He even took us to a nearby viewpoint, helped us get around safely, and pointed us toward places to see. Madhusha Rest was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe, with peaceful surroundings and the breathtaking views we’d seen in the pictures. We stayed here while visiting Gartmore and Sri Pada, and it became one of the most memorable parts of our trip. Highly recommend it for anyone coming to Maskeliya, Gartmore, or Sri Pada. Come experience it yourself!

The hosts were kind and supportive, and gave us really helpful guidance for visiting places nearby. We were a group of university students staying at Madhusha Rest, Maskeliya during a trip to Gartmore, and felt welcome throughout. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with beautiful scenery and breathtaking views just like the pictures. We enjoyed the whole stay. Come and enjoy Madhusha Rest if you're visiting Maskeliya or Gartmore!

The rooms are spacious, and the beds are so comfortable you won’t want to get up. Hot water is available 24 hours, and the facilities are excellent. I’ve stayed here twice, and each time found the accommodation and surroundings clean and free from pollution. It’s a lovely spot for peace and quiet. Mr. Perera is kind, hospitable, and ready to help with whatever you need.

The owner and his family made the stay especially lovely. The food was amazing, and we got plenty of help: he arranged an incredible night camping, sorted transportation, and shared great tips about the local area. The room was great too. The hotel is well placed, near tea plantations and just around the corner from a lovely lake view, while still not far from the town center. Highly recommend!

The family made me feel so welcome, and the mother’s cooking was amazing. Hemantha and his daughter were really helpful and gave me all the information I needed for my day trips. I had a beautiful time at the hotel, right at the bottom of a tea plantation and super close to the reservoir.
