The rooms at Green Olive Villa were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay even nicer. It's conveniently close to the airport, and they offered a shuttle both to and from the villa. The gentleman who welcomed us was especially kind, smiling and clearly wanting us to feel at home. He even prepared dinner and breakfast himself. A cozy, convenient place near the airport, highly recommended.

The room was basic but clean, and we were kindly surprised with an upgrade to a bigger one after the staff greeted us and showed us in. The place is lovely, surrounded by nature and only 10 minutes from the airport. We had a great meal at the on-site restaurant; the chef makes everything from scratch, and it was a lovely setting to eat in. The owner's son and the other staff made us feel very welcome. In the morning our transport dropped us at the airport promptly, as agreed. A super stopover before or after a flight.

A tidy old historic villa with good beds, plus a cozy little restaurant and good food. It was a perfect stop before our flight home. We could have stayed another day or two, especially once the pool renovation is ready. We also used the airport drop-off service, which was included in the price and worked exactly as agreed.

There’s a free ride to the airport, which is a really handy service, and it only takes about 15 minutes to get to Colombo airport. The hotel is fine for a last night before an early flight. You can get a simple dinner and an easy breakfast, but it’s nothing special.

We spent our first night here, close to the airport, and had a great stay. Harald and his staff looked after us really well. Since Harald had lived in Italy for 8 years, we also had some great conversations with him.
