We booked transfers several times during our stay in Sri Lanka, and the prices were reasonable. Lasith was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He drove confidently and safely in local traffic, with smooth gear changes. The Toyota Hiace minibus was clean, comfortable, and new, and worked well for our large group.

Everything at the hotel seemed good until checkout, when they charged us 1000 rupies extra. They use their own dollar rate, and we were really disappointed. It felt like fraud.
