Vista Ocean Reach Holidays

The beach is only 20 meters away, and the price is reasonable. The rooms are great and come with lots of amenities. The staff were polite and tried every way they could to give good service. They even arranged parking inside their premises and treated us like family.

The beach is right across the street, though the room itself had no ocean view. We found the room comfortable and big enough, with a safe in it. It’s close to the main street, so the bus stop is just a short walk away, but we didn’t hear any traffic. The manager was really kind and helpful, and always happy to chat. 5+ rating!

Good value for the price, with a spacious room and hot and cold running water. The hotel is close to the main road and easy to reach Mirissa beach from. Everything else was great, and Sandun from the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The one drawback was connectivity: mobile network coverage was weak, and the hotel WiFi didn’t work either.

The location was good and the room was okay, but it was very dark. The bathroom flooded every time we showered. The young staff were friendly, but we got very little information when we arrived. We booked a tour the day before, and they forgot to arrange it. That by itself wasn’t a problem, but they called the driver the next day and we waited an hour. Then they said the driver wasn’t coming because of the rain, even though it had already been raining for 45 minutes.
