The Bali-inspired decor gives the whole place a lovely feel, and the price is very affordable. We had a great breakfast included, and the staff were always polite and ready to help. The rooms are airy, spacious, and spotless. Restaurants are easy to reach on foot, Mirissa beach and Parrot rock are very close, and coconut tree hill is about a 1km walk. They can also arrange whale watching tours and took care of everything for us.

It’s a small, tidy boutique hotel with 10 rooms. We had a spacious room with a comfortable king-size bed, sofa, large table, and a balcony with two chairs and a table. The white linen was clean. Staff, especially Aashan, were courteous and helpful, and arranged our taxi to Colombo when we left. The location is handy for buses and tuk tuks on the main road, with plenty of places to eat nearby. Garlic Mirissa and Dewmini were our favorites. Breakfast was mixed: the English option was great, while the local menu felt limited compared with similar-priced hotels on the South coast. They did bring extra boiled eggs when I asked. Wifi worked fine in the lobby but was often spotty in the room.

The included breakfast was a nice surprise since I hadn’t realized it came with the booking. It had an omelet, fruit, and bread. The location was peaceful but still near the beach, and the AC and hot water were really useful. I got unlucky with the weather, though that had nothing to do with the hotel.

We really liked our room. It was roomy and had a private garden, and the bathroom and shower head were excellent. Breakfast was lovely too.

We got a clean ground-floor quad room at N34, with especially clean bathrooms and a simple layout plus a private outdoor space. Breakfast was good on both days. Staff could be hard to reach at times, but it was great value for money. The beach is just a short 5 min walk away. A good choice if you mainly need a simple place to sleep.
