The rooms were comfortable, and we were only a short walk from the beach. Breakfast was generous, and the people were lovely. I almost never give five stars, and this isn't a five star hotel, but it worked great for us.

The breakfast was really good, and it was easy to catch a bus from here. It's a nice place close to the beach. Thanks very much to the host, I'd recommend staying here.

We booked seven weeks before travelling because we wanted to secure somewhere to stay, but the hotel cancelled our reservation without giving any explanation. Finding another place during the year end holiday season was difficult. It seems they may have wanted to earn more from other bookings instead. Very unprofessional.

The host was pleasant and speaks English, and there's a nice little patio outside the bedrooms. The beach is a short walk away, and the high st is even closer. It's very affordable and good value. I stayed in seven different accommodations during my three weeks in Sri Lanka, and this was by far the best for room hygiene, comfort, and attention to detail. The bedroom and bathroom were super clean, and a lot of care had gone into the small things. You won't be disappointed.

The owner was lovely, and breakfast was good. You're a short walk from the town centre, restaurants, and lovely Mirissa beach. The rooms could use a bit of TLC, though. The linen was threadbare and didn't look especially clean, even if it probably was. The bedding needs replacing, pillows included.
