The gardens were lovely and peaceful, with plenty of wildlife, and the pool was easily my favorite in Sri Lanka. It was clean, sparkling, and big enough to swim laps. Our chalet felt private and cute, with really comfortable beds and pillows, and the air conditioning was a relief on hot days. Dilum made it easy to order meals ahead and was always adding local food and juices for us to try. When our motorbike chain broke during our trip around Sri Lanka and the rental company wouldn't respond, he arranged urgent repairs and saved our trip. We're so grateful for his kindness. We loved staying with him and can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The chef's food was wonderful, and we had a great time taking the cooking class. There was so much nature and wildlife around the resort that, during the rain, frogs even came into the bathroom. We caught them and let them back outside. All six of us had the whole place to ourselves for our four-day stay. Dilum, the owner, and Ananth, the manager, looked after every request and need, and really went out of their way for us. We had a splendid time and hope to come back.

The staff made our visit with their warm, attentive help. We appreciated the peaceful feel and friendly hospitality, and found the place clean and well cared for. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Breakfast and dinner were made with so much care, and tasted immaculate. They added to the lovely atmosphere. The hotel is beautiful and fairly close to lots of great attractions, with good routes nearby for walking or running. We also enjoyed seeing the little frogs in the pool while we swam. I left my running pants behind, and Dilum kindly offered to bring them to Colombo for me. Thanks to him and the whole team. I'd happily stay here again.
