OYO 471 Randiya Hotel

Randiya Hotel was a nice setting for a small family birthday celebration. We recently celebrated my daughter's birthday there, and the calm, pleasant atmosphere suited the occasion. The staff were supportive and attentive throughout, making sure things went smoothly and helping us enjoy the day without stress. It became a memorable celebration, and I really appreciated their friendly service. A good choice for family moments and small gatherings.

We went back to Randiya two years after a horrible experience, and yesterday, 15th April, was just as bad. The rice was overcooked, the poke had far too much salt, and the food was disgusting. There seemed to be only a few waiters covering around 30 tables. We waited over an hour for our food, and even the soft drinks never arrived. They should hire more waiters during the festive period. The staff looked exhausted, and by then our mood was gone too. We're never visiting this hotel again. The food was worse than something a child would cook. A waste of money.

For Rs. 1,500, the Seafood Rice came in a very small portion, with no vegetables at all, not even a piece of carrot. It had only a few extra-small prawns and some fried fish. The cloth used to wipe the table smelled awful, which made it hard to sit there. When we raised these issues with the manager, he was dismissive and wouldn't listen. I'm extremely disappointed with both the food and service. I wouldn't recommend it, save your money and go elsewhere.

The food was a real plus, with lots of choices, including delicious desserts. The place was clean, colorful, and welcoming, with a relaxed, cozy atmosphere and lovely scenery. It seemed like a great wedding location. The halls felt kind of small, like there wasn't much space left, though that might depend on which hall we were in. Still, it was clean and well maintained.
