The rooms were really clean, and having hot water for a shower was a big plus. It’s close to adams peak, and the service was friendly. Highly recommend. See you next season!

Two nice ladies working there were the only good part of the stay. The owner told us parking was included, but after we paid, he said there would be no parking. In the evening he also said breakfast was included, then changed that by morning. There were cockroaches running on the bed too. Very disappointed.

The rooms were dirty, the bathroom smelled, and the lighting was poor. The brownish bed linen made it impossible to tell whether it had been washed after the previous guest. They should use white linen with visible ironing and folding marks so guests can see that it’s been cleaned. The owner doesn’t seem to understand basic hotel standards. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The owner and his family cook fresh, tasty Sri Lankan food in the restaurant downstairs, and they were happy to make something special when asked. They also sorted out transport back to Hatton at the same price locals pay, rather than a tourist price. Really kind people. We stayed a night before climbing Adam's Peak. The room was well furnished, the beds were very comfortable, and both room and bathroom were clean. Everything worked, and after a long time without it, we finally had warm water. That was especially welcome in the pouring rain. Wifi worked perfectly for all of us the whole time. I left my camera in the room and only noticed on the train to Kandy. When I called, the owner took charge and spent nearly a full day tracking it down so I could get it back. Thanks so much! You’ll be in kind hands here. It’s definitely the best value for money at the base of Adam's Peak, where things can get pricey.

We really enjoyed our short stop before the Adems Peak and would stay again if we come back. It’s a family-run hotel: their mom cooks nice Sri Lanka food, their son helps in the restaurant and kitchen, and dad is chief of the family ;).
