The pool and the rest of the hotel were lovely, and the staff were kind. My room was good, though it felt a bit dated, with old towels, a broken sink, and damaged toilets.

The room was spacious and clean, and after a hot day out it was great to have the pool to come back to. We stayed three days and nights at the Binnacle Hotel and couldn't fault it. Chiran looked after us so well, and breakfast was beautifully presented each morning. He was always smiling and happy to help. Thanks so much for the courteous service. Jo and Irah would highly recommend it.

The beds were much better than the ones we've found elsewhere in Sri Lanka. The pool was nice for cooling down after a day of sightseeing, and the accommodation was excellent. It's close to the airport, so a good place to begin a holiday.

After a long flight to Sri Lanka, this was a lovely place to unwind. The breakfasts were especially memorable, and the pool and shared spaces were inviting. Just a few metres from the beach, the modern hotel is beautifully decorated, with spacious, very clean rooms. Chiran and his team made the stay memorable through their kindness and attention. We couldn't have picked a better starting point for our Sri Lanka trip.

The hotel was a relaxing spot to unwind, and I really liked the room. I had a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast cooked by the wonderful chef. I'd definitely stay here again.
