Renuka felt like a second mom to me. She's so caring with her guests, and one of the loveliest people I've met in Sri Lanka. She also cooks really well. One morning she made me a special Kola Kanda, and it was delicious. The property is in a quiet part of Negombo, a real peaceful spot, and everything you need is there and kept clean. I'll always recommend it and would definitely return if I get the chance. Thank you again, Renuka. You'll always be in my heart ❤️ 🙏

Grace Green Ville Homestay is tucked away on a quiet side street, but the lively city center is still an easy walk. A tuk-tuk takes about 4 minutes and costs around 250-350 SRL. Negombo City itself is exhausting, noisy, busy with traffic, and incredibly hot, though it's really nice too. You should see the big beach, Fismarkets, and the lovely Lagune. There's a touristy strip along the beach with restaurants, bars, and hotels, and arriving or leaving can be stressful for everyone. If you want a peaceful place to begin or finish your trip, have a look here. You'll find genuine warmth.

We had fresh fruit and tea while chatting and relaxing outside the villa. It was such a warm, memorable stay, more like being welcomed by kind aunties than staying as guests. A lovely place to begin or end a trip in Sri Lanka.

I've stayed here twice, each time for 9 days, and would happily come back. We came with family. Renuka Madam is a warm, caring super host who makes you feel comfortable. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well maintained, and the bathrooms are kept just as well. Breakfast can be made to suit guests' needs. She also has useful tourist information for planning a Sri Lanka trip and can share details for drivers with cars if needed. There's a lovely garden and lawn, and Negombo beach is nearby. The property is close to Colombo International Airport, which is actually in Negombo, not Colombo. I highly recommend staying here.
