I spent two weeks here in February. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the owner is friendly and nice. I did run into cockroaches in the bathroom quite often, though, and pest control could address that. I'd still recommend this place to anyone spending a few days in Negombo.

We were happy enough with our stay to come back a second time. The rooms were bright, clean, spacious, and quiet, with a bathroom that had hot water. The beach is about a five-minute walk away, and there are nice restaurants nearby. An electric repellent was provided, and the internet worked very well. Arriving at night was fine, and the owner helped arrange our transport.

The staff were really friendly and arranged an airport taxi for me. The location is handy, just a few minutes from the beach, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. My room was spacious, clean, and very modern, as was the bathroom. Everything looked brand new and was impeccably clean. The shower had lovely hot water, and the large bed was comfortable. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here for three nights. The owner is kind, and the rooms and washrooms are in good condition. There are both AC and non-AC options. It's a calm, pleasant place where you can have your own freedom, and parking is available. You can walk to the road, restaurants, pubs, ATMs, supermarkets, and regular hotels, which are open until midnight.
