I really enjoyed staying here. The owner helped me with a few things and checked that everything was going okay. They took care of my laundry and travel arrangements, and gave me the right advice for getting around. I'd definitely recommend the place. Book directly for the best price. Thanks!

The quiet atmosphere and care given to the details made this stay feel especially comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and well maintained. A lovely little hotel, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone after a cozy, clean place to stay. I'll definitely come back.

Things started out seeming nice, even though there was no Wi-Fi, but our stay soon became disappointing. The host sent an unfriendly, accusatory message and blamed us unfairly for things we had nothing to do with. The tone felt disrespectful. We treated the property with care, like it was our own home, but that didn't seem appreciated. After this experience, we can't recommend the place to other people traveling to Sri Lanka.

The staff were understanding and let us cancel the second night, which we appreciated. We were staying at a nice hotel in Negombo, right across from a church, but a Christian celebration took place the day we arrived and the noise went on all night.

Owner Bobby and his wife were very helpful, and the hotel staff were courteous. It's a new property with very nice, clean rooms. One of the best hotels in Negombo.
