We came away feeling rested and refreshed after staying in such a peaceful, beautiful place with an amazing pool. Breakfast was quite good too, especially for the price. Before booking, the Google reviews hadn't left us with a positive impression, but visiting turned out to be the right decision. Absolutely brilliant, and we'll surely return. The owner upgraded us to a bigger, better room after seeing our little girl. Guest service like this is hard to find these days, and the team were excellent. Nalinda constantly goes above and beyond for guests, and we sincerely admire him.

The lagoon-side setting made for a really relaxing atmosphere, and there's a fantastic beach close by. Service was friendly, attentive, and always available when we needed anything. We had a wonderful stay at Nico Lagoon Hotel, highly recommended!

The customer service was the worst part. The owner showed no respect and wasn't friendly. One night, while we were playing cards, he came over and switched off the lights without saying anything. Very unprofessional. The rooms and bathrooms weren't clean at all. Food was overpriced, the bites weren't worth the cost, and portions were extremely small. Our order took more than one and a half hours. They'd told us there would be breakfast variations when we reserved, but never asked what we preferred on the day. Instead, they made what they wanted, and there was hardly enough food for 18 people. A disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The location was beautiful, but the hotel service was terrible, run by lazy and incompetent staff. I came here with my husband and friends. Food was overpriced, not tasty, and the portions were abysmal. The tea area in the room had expired products. They claimed to serve fresh juice, but it was synthetic, and the ice cream was expired. The beds had no sheet covers.

The place felt unsafe and very unhygienic, with no changing rooms and nothing to make it suitable for children. The food was cold, not fresh, overpriced, and below standard. Service was the worst part of the experience. I had a bad time here and wouldn’t recommend it.
