We arrived around 3am, but the staff still welcomed us and made check-in easy. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety, and being right on the beach was a lovely bonus. The Regal Réseau Hotel in Negombo was a comfortable, convenient stop before we continued on to Kandy.

We had an amazing view from the rooftop pool, looking out to the sea and sunset. Sri gave me a full body massage, and she was wonderful and such a warm person. We stayed for just two nights, but it was a lovely time. The staff and service were excellent, and everyone was so friendly. We’ll be back on our next trip.

Sri made our day so special. She found time for us at the last minute on my friend’s birthday, and from the start she was kind, welcoming, and professional. We left feeling relaxed and happy, and really grateful for the lovely experience at the hotel’s wellness area.

After a long flight, it was a relief to have such a spacious, spotless room. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout. The resort is handy for Colombo trips and close to the airport, so it works well for mixing beach time with city visits. The rooftop infinity pool has lovely ocean views and is refreshing, while the rooftop bar feels sophisticated and is nice for a sunset drink. It can get quite loud, though, and I’m not sure whether nearby rooms are affected.
