The service from the warm, professional managers and attentive staff is what makes this place stand out. It’s right by the beach, just steps from the sand, and has a relaxed feel without crowds. The hotel is consistently full, with lots of international guests returning again and again, which says a lot about its reputation. It’s also only 15 minutes from the airport. Outstanding service and a prime location make this an easy 10/10 for me, and I’d gladly come back.

The two young managers can help arrange whatever you need, so it’s easy to relax. You can walk to everything here: the beach is just steps away, town is only 1.5 km, and Negombo’s famous beach strip starts right outside the gate. We loved not having to take tuk tuks.

For the price, the service is great. The beds and bathroom were very clean, the towels were good, and breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly, hardworking, professional, and quick to respond to requests. A nice hotel and good service for what it costs.

We had a great time at a friend’s get-together here, and the staff made the stay comfortable with their friendliness and help. The food was good and the service was great. Special thanks to Mr. Sonal & Mr. Malith, you guys were very entertaining. Highly recommended.

A cozy little place with a lovely vibe, homey but still exquisite. The room was clean and fresh, and the staff were friendly. It’s near the beach and bars, and the airport is just a 10 minute drive away. Loved it.
