The owner was lovely and friendly, and helped us with everything. Our room was small but new and really clean, and we liked the breakfast. The airport isn't too far away, and the owner can arrange a pickup. We had a great one-night stay. Thank you!

We stayed here on our first and last nights in Sri Lanka. The father and son who own the place were the kindest people we met there. He picked us up from the airport and took us back for free, and helped us plan our trip. The room was simple, clean, and nice. I'd recommend it 100% 😀

The room was clean and fairly modern, and the price was great. I had a flight out of Sri Lanka early the morning after my one-night stay, but an important parcel had arrived at a nearby sorting office. It was closed the day I reached Negombo, so I couldn't collect it before leaving. I explained the problem to Prasad, and he kindly picked it up and kept it safe until I arrived. Prasad goes above and beyond to help. Thanks again, Prasad.

It's lovely coming back and seeing the same familiar faces greet you with a warm smile. Prasad and his family are always friendly, and they go out of their way to help. The rooms are consistently clean and kept to a high standard, which is a big part of why the property is so highly rated. Thank you, Prasad and family.

We had a very comfortable bed and a clean room, and the host was so welcoming and helpful. A perfect place for a night before or after a flight. We really recommend staying here.
