We left and booked another hotel because the booking was handled so poorly. We’d reserved a day out on 2nd March 2026 for 10 people, 8 girls and 2 boys, and had been clearly told a complimentary room came with the package. On arrival, the lady manager coordinating with us denied saying that. She dismissed our concern instead of calmly sorting out the misunderstanding, and didn’t offer a proper solution. Privacy mattered for our group, especially with 8 girls, but we were offered a common changing room. At one point, we were even asked to see whether other foreign guests might give up their room if they “didn’t mind.” That was uncomfortable and unacceptable. The manager called back to say a room was available only after we were already on our way to the other hotel, too late to help. The lack of clear communication and professionalism made this a very disappointing experience. Those things matter, especially with group bookings.

The pool was a lovely place to unwind, and the beach is close by. We had a spacious, nicely decorated family room, and the property feels like a peaceful green oasis. The team were incredibly kind and dedicated, which made a real difference after a long trip. It’s also close to the airport, so it was a perfect place to arrive in Sri Lanka. We’d definitely return.

Chef Prasad made every meal fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Kasun also went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, with great professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. We were warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived, and the villa was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a comfortable, relaxing feel. The hospitality and service exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back, and highly recommend it for a memorable getaway.

The garden and pool are lovely, and it was very peaceful being away from the main town. The beach is a one-minute walk, though it’s industrial with fish drying, so it’s not somewhere to relax and sunbathe. The pool is better for that, and the garden is a nice place to spend time. Negombo is handy for getting to the airport at the end of a holiday. This place is north of town and a little out of the main area, but restaurants and supermarkets are a 10-minute walk, and there’s a wine shop two minutes away. We booked two villas for two nights. The rooms are very large, with a big comfortable bed and mosquito net, plus a kettle, tea, and coffee. The bathroom was okay, though ours had an open roof with mosquito netting. It was a bit rough around the edges: the sink drained onto the floor, the shower flow was very weak, and the loo was loose. There’s no hairdryer, but for the price it was absolutely fine. Breakfast was sufficient, though there was no Sri Lankan option. There’s off-street parking if you drive down the side street, or you can park right out front. We’d consider staying here again at this price.
