The pool was a godsend after a day tour, and breakfast was generous and really good. The location is quiet, with an easy walk to beaches and restaurants. Our room had everything we needed, and the shower was hot. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and arranged tours, taxis, and tuk tuks. They also sorted out a new pair of prescription glasses for me in a couple of hours. There’s an honesty book for drinks from the fridge. All in all, a highly recommended place to stay if you’re in negombo.

The rooms were roomy and cozy, breakfast was generous and made with care, and the place was peaceful. But it was really the hosts who made the stay for us. They were both so kind and even helped us get a tuk-tuk. She celebrated her birthday on our second day and shared local sweets with us. Stuti 🙏🏼 🌺

We stayed two nights and it was just what we needed to rest after a long journey. The family were very kind, breakfast was nice, and there was a nice pool too.

I’ll always hold this place and the people close to my heart. In such a beautiful country, it felt like home, and everyone was so warm and welcoming, more like family.

The kids spent ages with the owners’ little rabbits and the cutest dog, and barely noticed the rain. We only had a short stay at Kingslayer Resort, and wished we could have stayed longer. The family running it are sweet and humble. Our room was huge and very clean, with good A&C and a spacious bathroom. The pool looked fantastic, though we didn’t get a chance to swim. It’s a few minutes by Tuk Tuk from the beach and restaurants. We’d happily recommend Kingslayer Resort.
