It's a quiet area with a great ocean view, and the beds are comfortable. The accommodation is clean, the food is great, and the service from Lucky, Kushan, and the rest of the staff is lovely. We've stayed here several times as a family and are happy every time. Thanks again, Lucky. We're looking forward to next time.

The location is great, right outside the beach, and the staff were nice. But we booked two rooms and the maintenance wasn't good. The A/C in one room didn't work well, while the one in the other started leaking and had to be turned off. One room only had a single water glass, too. Breakfast was included and okay, though I've had better at cheaper places. With working A/C and rooms that were properly maintained and stocked for guests, I'd be able to recommend this place.

We booked full board at Ziegler Cottage and had a wonderful stay. The food was delicious, and the kitchen staff gave excellent service. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Mr. Lucky, the manager, deserves special thanks for looking after us so well and making things even more comfortable. It was truly worth the money, and we'd highly recommend the place.

Our flight got delayed when we missed it, so we booked this hotel and arrived at 23.30, stressed and hungry. The restaurant was closed, and staff helped us order food with pick me, but it never came. Then one of them opened the kitchen and made us delicious spring rolls and french Fries. Absolutely delicious! The service was so kind and amazing. Our room was nice and clean. I can only give five stars, but they deserve ten.

We went for work and were lucky to find this lovely place. It felt like a perfect spot to relax, enjoy the delicious food, and not need to go anywhere else. Beautiful surroundings and smiling people everywhere. This has been one of my best stays in recent years. Next time, we'll definitely come with my family and spend longer. Thanks so much to 'Lucky', you're such a lovable person. The way you look at life was a great learning experience for me. Thank you for everything.
