The villa is a peaceful place, and everyone there was so friendly and lovely. It feels like a family-run business that really looks after its guests and wants them to be happy. The staff were wonderful too. I’d highly recommend this little gem.

The staff were the best part of our stay, so friendly and accommodating, and they took such good care of us. The food was amazing every day, and the gardens around the place were beautiful. It’s an eco-style stay, but still has all the comforts of home. We enjoyed it so much and can’t say enough about the workers.

We really enjoyed how quiet and peaceful Villa Shade Negombo was, a lovely place to get away and relax. The gardens and the rest of the property were kept in great shape, and our room was super clean. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed something, which made our stay even better. We’d definitely recommend it.

We loved the greenery and the hospitality here was hard to beat. A couple of small things could be improved: the water pressure is very low, and it doesn’t get very hot, though they’re trying to be green. There’s also no shelf by the bathroom sink for putting your things.

We meant to stay for one night, then liked it enough to add a second. The villa is quiet, green, and family-friendly, and the team was really friendly and flexible. The place was spotless and affordable. Meals were delicious, with authentic Sri Lankan food made mostly from their own organic garden. They compost and grow their own food too, a great example of sustainable living. A peaceful nature escape that I’d recommend to families, friends, or anyone.
