The woman running this peaceful place is always smiling, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was exceptionally good, much better than at hotels costing several times as much. The bed and linens were very comfortable, and both the AC and ceiling fan worked quietly and efficiently.

We felt right at home with this lovely family, and the breakfast was delicious. Sharmilla, Dian, and the rest of the family made the stay special. It’s a perfect spot after landing at the airport or anytime you’re in Sri Lanka. We’d definitely come back.

We felt very welcome, and Sharmila, her husband, and daughter did everything they could to make our stay nice. Their garden was lovely, especially with the lights on at night. Riding bikes let us see the surrounding area, which was great, and they also helped us with onward travel. We had a very good stay.

They had the AC running before we arrived, which was nice, and the room and bed were both great. Breakfast was fabulous, and they had some really good food recommendations.

The hosts were the cutest. They made me coffee, had a great chat with me, and even let me keep the room until the evening before my flight. Such kindness. The villa is a little gem in a lush, peaceful garden, and the upstairs main room is straight out of a fairytale, light, dreamy, and full of charm. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to relax and feel at home. Already dreaming of returning!
