At first everything seemed fine, but on the second day, when we went to extend our stay, the owner suddenly became very rude. My son had come to pay, and they told us to leave immediately if we weren’t going to pay more. It felt like they had no respect for customers or any idea how to treat guests. The service was unprofessional and disrespectful. I’d never recommend this villa.

There was mold on the room walls, and they looked really unpleasant. The bed sheets and pillowcases also had someone else’s hair on them, which was disgusting. When I told the owner, the room keeper blamed us instead of taking responsibility. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

It’s a budget-friendly place that feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel. We booked a family room with three beds, and there was kitchen space, a washing machine, hot-water shower, and a nice morning view. Our family really enjoyed the stay. Thank you, Kingsley and the kind owner! Voila, we’ll definitely visit again.

The rooms and beds were good, but the bathrooms were very bad and unclean, so I wouldn’t recommend this place. The owner wasn’t there and gave me a contact number for the Care Person, but the number was wrong. We had to wait more than an hour to get in touch with them.

Excellent hospitality, and a great place to stay in Nuwara Eliya. The house boy uncle gave us the best service he could. Thank you very much!
