The quiet area was a real plus. I could walk beside the lake without dealing with traffic, and I slept better here than almost anywhere else on my trip. The staff were warm and helpful throughout my one-night stay. I arrived by bicycle, and they found a safe place to keep it overnight and arranged an extra-early breakfast. Dinner was excellent too, with some of the best curry and rice I had.

Serenus Boutique Villa sits right across from Gregory Lake, with a lovely outdoor seating area and a campfire option for an extra charge. The food was outstanding, and the rooms, facilities, and service were all excellent. I had a very pleasant stay during my recent visit to Nuwara Eliya and would definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was lovely, and afterward I wished we'd stayed for dinner too. The team were so friendly and accommodating, nothing seemed like too much trouble. Our room was spotless, with a wonderful view, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at Serenus Boutique Villa. Thanks to everyone!

The garden looks out over tea plantations and Gregory Lake, and the views are stunning. We also enjoyed breakfast, and the anniversary bed decoration was a lovely surprise. The staff made us feel very welcome. Our room and washroom were clean and well maintained, with all the essentials. A warm, peaceful, memorable stay at Serenus Boutique Villa in Nuwara Eliya. 🌿✨

The reception guy helped us arrange a local car to see the Hindu temples and other places. The lake view was excellent, and both the room and the food, including breakfast, were nice. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel.
