The price was very high, and there were too many locals at the hotel. Don’t rely on the photos, come and see for yourself and you’ll understand. The hotel is too far from Nuwara Eliya town, and we couldn’t find it because there was no name or direction displayed. I think they still hadn’t got permission to operate as a hotel. Staff didn’t know how to welcome guests or smile, and no one helped carry our bags. The roads were very bad, and there wasn’t room to park and turn around.

A good, low-cost option for groups of 10-15 people. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and there’s hot water.

The rooms are good, but security is zero. Someone can come from outside, open the aluminum windows and get into the room. Thieves came at night and took our handbag and a smartphone. There are no CCTV cameras, and security is the worst. How did they get permission to run this place?
