Edelweiss Country Home

The property itself was average. The washrooms weren’t well maintained, and some water heaters didn’t work properly, which made things inconvenient. What really let us down was the chef’s unprofessional behavior and the owners’ lack of support. The chef was barely active and acted irresponsibly. Food we brought was misused or simply disappeared, as if he helped himself to our supplies. Perishable items were left out instead of being put in the fridge, so a lot of food spoiled. When we told the owners, they were dismissive and offered neither an apology nor a solution. The experience left a lot to be desired, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you expect basic professionalism and accountability.
