The hotel was so peaceful, and the location made getting into the city easy. Our rooms were spotless and had everything we needed, the WiFi was really fast, and the staff were lovely and attentive. We had a great relaxing stay and would come back to the area again. Thank you!

Newtan and his friend were so caring and helpful. They pointed us toward the best route to Lover’s Leap waterfall, called a rickshaw when we needed one, and even brought cutlery so we could eat the fruit we bought at the market. They made us feel at home. Our downstairs room had loads of space and a huge, very comfortable bed, perfect after exploring. The hotel is a little dated, but it was clean throughout and good value for the price. It’s a peaceful spot for walks, with Lover’s Leap waterfall and a tea plantation nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The room was lovely and very clean, though it can get pretty chilly at night. Heaters are available if you ask for one.

During our stay, none of the washrooms worked properly, the doors were faulty, and there were electrical leaks across the property. When we told the owner, he threatened to hit us and tried to throw our belongings out, insisting we leave at 3 AM. It felt completely unacceptable and unsafe. After my earlier review, the owner called and shouted abusive words at me. I have a recording of the call. Very unprofessional and totally unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant stay.
