The team were professional, friendly, and happy to help whenever we needed anything. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hospitality made the stay better than I expected. I’d recommend this hotel.

This was our second time here, and the rooms felt even more comfortable than on our first visit. Shiny View was clean, the service was excellent, and Ravi gave us a lot of help during our stay. We felt we got good value for the money, and we’re grateful to Ravi for his support.

We found it peaceful and good value, with clean, comfortable rooms and really friendly staff. A great choice for families visiting Nuwara Eliya.

We spent three lovely days here. The host was kind and helpful, the room was clean, and the shower was great. You can walk to the centre easily. Thank you!

This was the dirtiest place we've ever visited, and the worst stay we've had. The rooms were extremely dirty, while the bathroom was in terrible shape: the showerhead and other things were broken, the fittings were rusty and filthy, and the drain clogged completely when we showered. The door locks were broken too, so securing the doors was difficult. The photos on booking.com and airbnb look fancy and luxurious, but the actual place was much worse. Even the bathroom windows had polythene covers.
