Breakfast boxes were available for picnics, which worked perfectly for our birding tour. The hotel is in a good location, and the room was spotless and practical for a couple of nights, even if it wasn't very large. The staff were so sweet, especially the chef, who took great care with my vegetarian diet. The shower was perfect, which matters most to me. It's a cool region, so there was no AC or fan, but they brought a fan right away when I asked. I really loved this lovely place.

The rooms were comfortable and the food was good. The property was impressively well maintained during our recent Sri Lanka trip. Mr. Janith, the Front Office Manager, was especially polite and customer friendly. He took a genuine interest in making sure we were comfortable. Keep it up!

Gregory lake is close enough to walk to, and Sitha Amman temple is only a few minutes away by car. We had a pleasant stay, and the tasty food made visiting this attractive Sri Lankan hill station even more enjoyable. There was no need for a fan or air conditioner, though a small exhaust fan in the room would have been a useful addition. Remember to lock the rear yard door.

We dropped in for lunch at Single Tree Mount Hotel in Nuwara Eliya and found the restaurant clean and cozy. The setting has lovely views and a peaceful feel, making it a nice place for a midday break. Staff welcomed us straight away and were attentive. Our meal was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. We enjoyed the hospitality and relaxed atmosphere, and would recommend it to anyone wanting good food with a view.
