We had a peaceful, pleasant getaway at Viblak Hotel, with beautiful views of Nuwara Eliya. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well maintained. The staff were so friendly and did more than expected to make us comfortable. Highly recommend it.

We were welcomed with a cup of tea and a friendly chat about the place's history. The staff were warm and helpful, and took an interest in our trip around Srí Lanka, offering suggestions. Breakfast was delicious, and they can prepare a breakfast package if you're leaving early. A wonderful place to stay, highly recommended.

We had a horrible experience. The place felt cramped and was extremely expensive. The host or manager was rude and unfriendly, argued with us for no reason, and wouldn't agree to anything. While we were there, he gave a stay to a group of hooligans who kept disturbing us through the night. We were charged unnecessarily for poor service, and the fish curry had too little fish in it. They also billed us for four people instead of charging for a single fish curry. If you want a quality holiday, I strongly recommend staying away.
