The team is friendly and helpful, and they can arrange customized room service if you ask. There's plenty of parking out front, enough for 8-10 vehicles. The window view is breathtaking, and the roadside location is convenient, right in front of Gregory lake. Check the location carefully, as there's another hotel with a similar name and people have mistakenly posted photos to this one. The rooms are worth the price, but since management changed, the restaurant and hotel facilities seem to get less attention for maintenance. I'd recommend it for a night with family or friends, without meals.

The view and accessibility could make this a great business if they offered better service. I only tried breakfast, but the food wasn't hot or tasty and didn't feel worth the price. There weren't any vegetables in the buffet, even though the city has lots of vegetable plantations. I wouldn't recommend eating here.

We arrived today (17.04.2021) with a prior Booking.com reservation for room 102 on the first floor, but found the room in very poor condition. When we raised this with the receptionist, who I think was the owner, she spoke to us very rudely. After we showed her the problems, she got angry and said she couldn't give us a room. The washroom was in terrible condition, and the customer service was even worse.

Gregory Lake is the only nice thing about the view. The rooms aren't comfortable for what they cost, and the food isn't very tasty. Reception really needs to improve its customer service.

I was there last month, and the food was very bad. They charged Rs990 for chicken mixed fried rice, but the portion wasn't enough for even one person. It's not about the money, it just wasn't worth the price. I wouldn't recommend eating here. Someone who comes in for the first time won't come back.
