Nature First Hotel

We spent about 4000 rupees on lunch at Nature First Hotel, and it felt worth it. We ordered chicken noodles, chicken rice, and chicken kottu; the portions were generous and filling. The washrooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff greeted us warmly. Great food and a welcoming atmosphere, highly recommended.

We came back late one night and found the hotel’s main gate locked. No one answered despite our repeated calls, leaving us outside with no help in the middle of the night. Guests shouldn’t have to worry about being locked out of the place they paid to stay. That’s unacceptable service, and it left us feeling that the hotel doesn’t care about guests’ safety or comfort. I don’t recommend staying here.

My big family came here and everyone loved it. The staff welcomed us, showed us what was on offer, and stayed attentive, bringing water or clearing plates before we even had to ask. They were helpful and trustworthy. It’s a buffet restaurant with lots of great food and desserts, and the toilets, tables, seats, and atmosphere were all perfect. Definitely recommend it for travellers. It deserves more than five stars, and I was very impressed.

The bed was really comfortable, and the view was great. It’s right off the road. The floors and bathroom weren’t very clean, but it was fine. A good stay overall.
