Deer Park Ratnapura is pet-friendly and has free WiFi, an on-site restaurant, a barbecue, and a terrace. Private parking is free as well. Some rooms include a seating area, and the rooms have a kettle, toiletries, and a hair dryer. Bathrooms are shared, and there’s also a shared kitchen. A flat-screen TV and blu-ray player are provided. Cycling and hiking are popular in the area, and guests can use bicycles for free. The guest house is 49 km from Kalutara, and Bandaranaike International Airport is 78 km away.

The place and the hospitality were okay. My one concern was that the rooms didn’t have attached bathrooms, just a shared one.

Really poor customer service. When I called to make a booking, they didn’t know how to treat a customer.
