I came here for my anniversary and ended up extending my stay because it was perfect. Everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive, and they did their best to meet my needs. The place looks lovely, just like the pictures, and the food was good. In the room there was a TV, air-conditioning, proper sheets, and a personal boiler with tea and sugar.

A peaceful, quiet spot for a day or two. The rooms were clean, with traditional touches mixed with some modern design, and the food they do offer was tasty. The menu is pretty limited, though. Staying here felt like a cozy, different kind of lodging experience.

Mr Ambegoda made me feel welcome throughout my stay and was very helpful, even cooking healthy meals to suit my preferences. I slept well in the comfortable bed, and the room was nicely furnished in a natural style. The beautiful green mountain setting made for a peaceful place to rest. I’d recommend it to anyone travelling around Ratnapura.
