The food was traditional Sri Lankan cuisine for breakfast, and it was really nice. They served enough to fill you up. The staff and management were friendly, helpful and attentive, and always looked after what we needed. The hotel is now run under the name "The Cloudz" with new management. Rooms and surroundings are inspired by tropical village scenery, with spacious air conditioned rooms. There are non A/C rooms too, though I wouldn't recommend them in that area's climate. The outdoor washroom and bath offer a different kind of experience. A great stay overall. Bring cash, since card payments aren't available.

This was the wrong place for us. My guest had booked online, but when we arrived around midnight we ended up in a bad situation and he lost $60.

The owner was so kind and ready to take care of anything we needed. The place is close to all the attractions and surrounded by local plants and wildlife, which made for a carefree stay away from home.
