Saunter Paradise Hotel

Our office group and families all had a great time at Hotel Kamrel, and we're already making plans to come back soon. The peaceful feel, despite the location, lush greenery, clean rooms, and nice pool made it easy to unwind. The team was friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile, with management keeping service standards high. Food was enjoyable and had plenty of choice, though a few dishes could've used less oil. Still, a great dining experience, and a 10/10 for the team.

Even though Hotel Kamrel is right by the main road, it feels peaceful once you're through the gates. The well-kept rooms, clean pool, greenery, and even the cicadas made for a relaxing atmosphere. I'd give the property 9/10. Our office colleagues and families visited on 25th/26th April 2026, and our usually hard-to-impress group genuinely enjoyed the stay. Many of us are already planning a two-night return. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the positive attitude of General Manager Mr. Maya and Operations Manager Mr. Shakthi stood out. Service gets 10/10. Most food was excellent and well prepared, though some colleagues found a few dishes slightly oily. Food rating: 8.5/10. Overall rating: 9/10.

A small, quiet hotel with lots of trees and a nice layout. The pool was clean, and we loved the dinner buffet. Staff were attentive and friendly. The manager came around to speak with guests at the restaurant and tried to make everyone feel special. Great value for money.

The pool is quite deep even for adults, and there are no depth markings, which could be a safety concern. That's a minor issue alongside an otherwise amazing holiday at Hotel Kamrel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with double rooms and interconnected family double rooms available. Staff were smiling, attentive, and quick to help. From our first contact through checkout, service was outstanding. The team helped us choose booking options for our needs and shared the details conveniently over WhatsApp after we contacted the number on Google. The hotel is easy to reach on Trinco main road. Meals were consistently tasty and well prepared, whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Breakfast was buffet style with delicious traditional country dishes. Lunch and dinner were either buffet or set menu depending on how many guests were there that day, and both were excellent. Hats off to management and the team for the service and food quality, on par with any 5-star hotel in the area.
