The room was clean but basic, and the owners were friendly. We didn’t see much of them during our trip, but they were on site if we needed anything. It’s a good price for a straightforward place to stay for a couple of nights, nothing amazing. The location is great for Sigiriya Rock and other local spots, with lots of restaurants nearby.

The location is very good, and Mr. Sarath was friendly and helped us plan our itinerary. The rooms aren’t like those in luxury hotels, but for the price, you get your money’s worth.

For what it costs, this felt like a five-star stay. The room was roomy and clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was really good, definitely try it at least once. The bathroom was damp and smelled, and the mattress wasn't great, but the price made this an excellent stay.

We spent three nights here and were really pleased with it. It was quiet and peaceful, with a spacious, clean room that felt relaxing. Sigiriya, restaurants, and transport were easy to reach from the guest house, and the price was affordable for the quality. A good choice if you want comfort and calm.

The owner and manager were both cheerful and always spoke with a smile. The common area and verandah were nice places to spend time, too. My room was clean, with a very large bathroom, and had air conditioning, all for a very cheap price. Renovations were going on during my stay, so don't judge it by an earlier comment. It's very close to Lion rock, which makes it a handy spot if you want to visit early in the morning.
