We stayed at Asha for nearly three weeks and had an amazing time. The rooms are big, with balconies and stunning views over the lagoon and ocean. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back in the near future. There are a few things that could be better. The AC doesn't work properly, which can be annoying on a hot day or night. The building isn't complete, so water pressure can be slow or the water may stop, since the system hasn't been professionally finished. A kitchen for guests would be a big bonus given the pristine location. WiFi can be a pain too, sometimes stopping altogether. On a few nights the parties at the beach bar made it hard to sleep, though you can always join them :)

We planned to spend just one night, but liked it so much that we stayed for three and tried the canoe bird-watching tour. Great location, property, and team! The lagoon behind the property is stunning in the morning and evening. The terrace is huge, and we had breakfast there. The beach is right at the doorstep, handy when you want to get out of the sun and relax on the terrace. We booked deluxe double rooms and got a complimentary massage, which the therapist did professionally.

We got a complimentary 30-minute massage, and it was relaxing. The sister property also has a swimming pool, and they let me use it. This place has both sea and lagoon views, with comfortable rooms that were up to standard. The staff were very friendly and took good care of us. Good value for money, and an exceptional property in Tangalle, Sri Lanka, with spa facilities and a great view from the room.

The rooms were perfectly clean, had AC, and looked out over the lagoon. Milinda and the team were really friendly. We loved the pool at the sister property, and the free massage and stunning views of the lagoon and beach were great too. Don't miss the canoe trip in the morning. We saw 100 beautiful birds, which was fascinating. It has the best and cleanest beach in Sri Lanka. I'll be back soon!

We loved the free daily massages and extended our stay after the first night because we were enjoying ourselves so much. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beach was one of the most beautiful we've seen in Sri Lanka. Asha Beach has the beach right in front and the lagoon behind, which I think makes it the best located property in Tangalle. We recommend the canoe ride with bird watching. Milinda and his team made us feel at home and gave us great tips for upcoming visits. We'd recommend Asha Beach and will be back next year!
