The room was clean and nice ❤️, but when I called in the morning to order food or tea, nobody answered and nothing arrived 🥺. The owners should pay more attention to how the staff are handling things. 👍👍👍

I’ve been here several times for weddings and meals. The food is good when dining, but I’ve found the crew’s manner to be much the same each time, not very polite or friendly. If you’re choosing a wedding venue, this may not be the best option, even though the budget is low.

The food was really tasty, and the manager and crew helped us so much with our wedding. They were friendly and organized everything even better than we expected. I highly recommend this place for a dream wedding. Thank you so much ❤

We had hoped to stay three nights, but left after just one. The breakfast was awful, and even though we were the only guests, it took about 20 min for the coffee. The two service boys were nice and clearly tried their best, but one didn’t understand a word of English and it was hard to arrange things with the other. We were glad we could switch from the non-AC double room we booked to an AC room. The non-AC rooms on the 2nd floor are open under the roof and have no mosquito net, which would have made for a horrible night. But the new room had dirty towels and a blanket. They changed them after a brief discussion, saying they had been washed, though they were still dirty. The bathroom wasn’t clean either, and the mirror, curtain, and walls were very dirty. Not a nice start. I wouldn’t recommend Papaa Palace.

The food and drinks had a great range and were really good. Staff were always smiling, gave me useful recommendations, and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.
