Also operating under the name conch villa, this is a really lovely home stay. Our room was big, had good a/c, and the staff were friendly. We could use the washing machine for free.

The room was roomy and comfortable, and having mosquito nets was a real bonus. We were greeted so warmly every time, and the hosts even helped us open and close the gate so we could park our tuktuk safely inside. The bathroom could've been a little cleaner, though the room itself was hygienic. We had a lovely stay at Jaya Homestay and would recommend it.

Everything I needed was nearby, with restaurants, shops and a lovely beach all within a five-minute walk. The team also arranged a tuk tuk driver to take me to the turtle conservation project, and I felt safe exploring with him. As a solo woman travelling, I felt looked after and secure at Jaya. My room was spacious, very clean and had all the comforts of home. I had an amazing stay, thank you! 😃⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room was large and comfortable, and the bus station and beach were both nearby. The people there were so helpful that I felt at home the whole time. I had a wonderful stay at Jaya Home stay and highly recommend it!

The room had everything I needed: a double bed with mosquito nets, towels, a drying rack, drawer, small table and chair. It was all very clean, and the owner was lovely and happy to help wherever he could. When we mentioned how hot it was outside, we were even given two freshly pressed cold juices. There was hot water, though I didn't use it. Would recommend.
