The peaceful garden made our stay at Hibiscus Garden Hotel feel especially nice, and the location worked well for exploring Tissamaharama. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the restaurant food. We had a great time and would happily recommend it to other visitors.

The people working here were very polite and nice. There’s lots of wildlife just outside the rooms, including peacocks, lizards, rare birds and eagles. Watch out for rough edges in the pool, though. They can cut your feet or hands.

The rooms were spacious, clean and good quality, and the garden was incredible. I wish we’d booked more than one night. Housekeeping and restaurant staff did a wonderful job making our stay special. It was the best hotel of our Sri Lanka trip, and I’d highly recommend it for a relaxing break.

The rooms are big and have A/C, and there’s a large swimming pool. Staff are great, and the food was delicious. Dinner and a massage were a bit pricey, though, with a 60-minute full-body massage costing 9000. The chief of staff was extremely friendly.

It’s on the outskirts, but the surroundings are pleasant, with lots of greenery and a nice pool for guests. The rooms aren’t very big, though they’re sufficient. We had a pleasant stay, and the restaurant food was tasty, if more expensive. The hosts clearly look after the impressive vegetation, and Yala Safari is nearby.
