This seems like an underrated hotel. Since the recent change of ownership, prices have changed. The sea view opens onto a well-kept lawn with coconut trees, making for a peaceful, pleasant setting. The pool is shaded for part of the day, so it's comfortable even in the warmer hours. A few little fixes and some maintenance would help, and service could be faster at times. Nothing major, just details. The food could be a bit less salty and sweet, and one handwash sink wasn't working. Still, it's a lovely, quiet place by the sea with a lot of potential, and worth considering for a relaxing stay.

Guests were left without enough food because meals weren't prepared in sufficient quantities. The hotel didn't manage food service for residents properly, and the poor planning and coordination were very disappointing. They need to improve meal preparation and coordination so every resident is properly served.

Serendiva was peaceful and conveniently close to the beach, and we felt very well accommodated in Wadduwa. The staff were sweet and friendly throughout our excellent stay. We enjoyed the breakfast they served every morning. They also offer currency exchange, taxi help, special dinner requests, and spa options. I'd definitely recommend the hotel for a relaxing holiday in Wadduwa.

The beachside location let us enjoy beautiful sunsets, and the pool area was a lovely place to relax in the sun. Our modern room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Room service was prompt and friendly, and all the meals were delicious, with good options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and amenities, so the value for money really stood out. We'd happily return.

We wanted a quiet holiday, and Serendiva suited us well. It's a simple place, but comfortable and clean. The staff were few, so daily room cleaning wasn't included once we were settled in, though they'd do it if we asked. The food was simple but tasty. We booked a triple room and were upgraded to the Kings suite. Having a pantry there was especially useful because we could prepare food for our baby. All in all, a very pleasant stay.
