Anjali deserves a special thank you for her friendly, attentive service and for making sure we felt welcome and looked after. We came for a day out and had a wonderful, relaxing time. The facilities were well maintained, and everything was arranged for a comfortable visit. Highly recommended for a pleasant day out! 😊

The buffet had plenty of choice and everything we tried was delicious. We spent one night at Pegasus Reef Hotel on a full board booking, and the beachfront setting and peaceful feel made it easy to unwind. The facilities were well kept, and the service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Navodya looked after us especially well, with warm, attentive, professional care. We had a relaxing stay and would gladly return.

The beachside setting was lovely for quiet family time, and the hotel itself felt calm and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay at Pegasus Reef Hotel, enjoyed the delicious food, and left feeling refreshed. I’d recommend it for a peaceful getaway near Colombo. 🌊

The pool is beautiful, though it’s frustrating to see towels claimed on sunloungers and beanbags from 7 am when the people using them don’t show up until much later. It’s awkward for the pool attendant too. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful, there was a big choice of food, and Fishery Bar was well run with excellent food and cheerful service. Ann, the Guest Relations Officer, was especially helpful during our stay and speaks excellent English.

The buffet had a good range, though the food itself could use some improvement. From check-in onward the service was great, and Ranjan at the lobby helped us a lot by showing us to our room. We had a lovely stay at Pegasus Reef.
