The people were the best part, welcoming me like we'd known each other for ages. It's one of the best guest houses in Butha Buthe, and I'd recommend Phokeng too, among the best places in that small town. From outside, the location looked a bit scary and unsafe to me as someone from South Africa, but I felt differently once inside. I wasn't sure whether breakfast was included or paid separately, and no one offered it. I arrived toward year end, when the staff were in high spirits and partying. That made me a little uncomfortable, though I understand it was a celebration. Till we meet again, Qhanolla. You deserve 5*.

Beautiful venue, service, and people. It's been better than a lot of hotels I've stayed at, so the name should be changed to Qhanolla Hotel or Qhanolla Boutique Guest House. What they offer is way above a guest house.

As a visitor from outside Lesotho, I felt right at home here. The rooms connect well to the outdoor relaxation area, and the warmth and service were outstanding. Everyone, from reception and housekeeping to the owner, made the experience special. The owner even followed up personally on my sons' earlier requests to make sure they were helped, which reassured us that we were truly cared for.

This has to be one of the best places in Butha Buthe. The staff are amazing, and the food is incredible too, the chef is on another level. Beautiful place, highly recommended. They just need to sort out the Wi-Fi reception.
