I was happy to find a cyclist-friendly place, and the staff were friendly. It’s a small hotel by the park. My room was clean, though a little small, and had enough space and equipment for one person. The standard breakfast tray was €7 and came with one cup of coffee. A refill cost €3, which felt odd and greedy to me, as I’ve never come across that before. I’d rather see the breakfast price go up and include free refills.

The breakfast was wonderfully generous and tasty, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean with really good soaps and shampoos. For the price and quality, this is the best stay in Birštonas. Already looking forward to coming back :)

The location is perfect, but I haven’t had beds and pillows this uncomfortable in years 😟. I couldn’t sleep properly, which really gets in the way of relaxing.

The hotel is lovely and right in the city centre. My room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a TV, couch, wardrobe, bed, and bathroom. The staff were very nice and had no problem when we needed to arrive later than check-in. There’s a spa and a trail along the Nemuras river nearby, and the church is across from the hotel.

I’ve only tried the restaurant Old Town Grill, not stayed at the hotel. The surroundings are nice and the food was delicious. The beef in my salad was cold, even though the menu called it a warm beef salad, but there was a very large group of customers at the time, so I understand what may have happened.
